Beyonce’s foray into the fragrance world was a burning success when she launched her bestselling Heat in 2010. It was closely followed by a similar smelling Heat Rush and in 2012, the night time version of Heat came, Midnight Heat.
In 2014, when Radiant Orchid was a top trend colour and still remains a hot hue now, Beyoncé followed up her Heat fleet with a new addition... Heat Wild Orchid.
Heat Wild Orchid opens with an accord of Butterfly Orchid, this note packs plenty of aphrodisiac powers into this floral/fruity-woody composition. Flavour comes from the fruity trio of pomegranate, coconut water and boysenberry, while a milky heart of honeysuckle and magnolia rests on a base of blonde wood, amber and skin musk for a floral-woody, seductive fragrance.
Heat Wild Orchid, like her other fragrances, embodies the persona of the star that is Beyoncé.

If you have a sweet tooth and tend to go for something that is warm, sweet and slightly spicy, you’ll fall in love with Bon Bon, the sweet, woody fragrance from Viktor & Rolf.
Bon Bon is a timeless sensation. It’s caramel notes mature from a sharp, edible top tote to softer and milky in the middle then darken to add depth as the base note. Bon Bon also has a hint of white florals and a woody base, with one or two fruity notes mixed in to make Bon Bon smell like a pure delight, a haute confection.
Bon Bon’s bottle is a work of art. Hot pink glass shaped like a smooth wrapped candy, while a polished silver cap engraved with Viktor & Rolf locks in all the goodness.
Viktor & Rolf unveiled this sweet scentsation in Spring 2014 with three quantities of pure sweetness available: 30ml, 50ml and 100ml Eau de Parfum.

Too Faced have just leaped in rainbows above every other holographic make-up collection with quite possibly the most magical Unicorn and Mermaid inspired collection yet.
Life’s a Festival collection is finally being unveiled well in time for this year’s festival season.
The Life’s a Festival Eyeshadow Palette is a mythical mix of bold matte shades, colour shift duo chrome shades, pearlescent shades and metallic shimmers. There’s also a bonus Unicorn Tears highlighter included, inspired by the super popular lipstick which is called the same.
And can we all just take a moment to appreciate how dreamy this palette’s packaging is. Wow!
A unicorn make-up essential, a rainbow highlighter called Rainbow Strobe Rainbow Effect Highlighter is another beautifully packaged rainbow. A shimmering highlighter powder enriched with rose quartz powder for the most ethereal glow.
For the first time ever Too Faced bring you the unicorn themed bronzer… a combination of sun kissed bronze and the celestial glow of moonlight in one pretty compact.
You guessed it, the unicorn part of Unicorn Tears Iridescent Mystical Bronzer is the starlight glow. Swirl together for a magical violet-bronze glow or use alone to bronze or highlight certain parts of your face.
When all the glamour and buzz of Glastonbury leaves you hot and bothered, there’s a heavenly solution for that! Festival Refresh Mystical Effects Setting and Refreshing Spray, which is infused with opalescent pearls for the most beautiful illumination, while the rose quartz powder extracts add plenty of love energy into your make-up. The cooling effect and refreshing scent will add that enchanting festival vibe.
For everyone wondering if there are any make-up brushes in this collection, there is the ultimate high-impact strobing and highlighting powder brush…
The Magic Rainbow Strobing Brush is the VIP of festival season. The magical rainbow bristles and ethereal multi-chrome colour switching handle makes it just as beautiful as a unicorn’s horn. If ever there was a brush to out glow every other make-up brush out there, this is the one! The soft teddy bear hair bristles (don’t worry, no teddy bears were actually harmed!) will unlock the mystical glow of highlighters and bronzers and the unique shape makes this brush perfect for strobing.
La Creme Mystical Effects Lipsticks come in unique creamy, colour shifting shades, each one can colour switch with your own body chemistry to make your own unique lip colour! Four dreamy shades are available:
Angel Tears – the heavenliest, light as a cloud shimmer baby pink
Fairy Tears – coral-toned nude pink with gold shimmer
Mermaid Tears – Ocean inspired sea blue with purple and green chrome shimmers
Unicorn Tears – Pretty pastel lilac-blue shade with green and purple shimmer
Magical Effects Transforming Lip Gloss/Mystical Effects Lip Topper is a holographic lip gloss that shifts in colour with changes in light. Inspired and named after the La Creme Lipsticks, these shine when worn alone for a prismatic effect or look mythical when worn on top of your favourite lipstick for a multi dimensional glimmer.
Last but not at all least, Too Faced’s Unicorn Horn Mystical Effects Highlighting Stick has been designed to look exactly like the horn of everyone’s favourite magical animal. The creamy, light catching formula is easy to apply and glides on for precision highlighting in the prettiest of pearlescent finishes.
Unicorn Dreams is the prettiest of candy pinks lit from within with golden shimmer, while Unicorn Tears is a serene pastel blue with violet shimmer.
You won’t be able to get enough of this heavenly collection on the Too Faced website: http://www.toofaced.com – life in your shopping cart is sure to be a magical festival!

It’s 30 years since the original larger than life drag queen Divine (born Harris Milstead) passed away in 1988.
To celebrate his legacy, tattoo and make-up artist Kat Von D enlisted the help of Divine’s estate to create a collection that was heavily inspired by the flamboyant, eccentric characters Milstead portrayed.
There’s an eyeshadow palette worthy of Edna Tirnblad from Hairspray and Ursula from the Little Mermaid (Ursula was based on Milstead’s Divine alter ego). The shades are named after Divine’s most praiseworthy moments, friends and roles he played:
Babs - Champagne shimmer
Hard Magic - Black Matte Shade
Baltimore - Blue Cobalt Metallic
Filthy - Metallic Charcoal Grey
Pink Flamingos - Metallic Neon Green, nothing
Pink about it! What a contrast!
Female Trouble - Matte White
Hairspray - Metallic Silver
Waters - Matte Aqua Blue named after the director who nicknamed Milstead Divine
Kat Von D also created a lipstick in a loud neon green tube which is named after Divine himself, the colour inside is a peachy matte nude.
This absolutely electric collection will be launching on Kat Von D’s website this week and it will be available to buy in Sephora on February 23.

Blistex - formerly known as Blisteze, are committed to bringing affordable lip balms that deliver instant rehydration for dry, chapped lips and lips that are blighted by flakiness and occasional cold sores. This instant rescue formula makes Blistex Relief Cream a winter essential, especially when you’ve come down with a cold.
Once you get over the smell of the strong aromatic ammonia, this little 5g tube instantly transforms dry, chapped lips and feels like a balm or a liquid lip gloss. It isn’t heavy, sticky or thick and doesn’t appear white on the lips so even if you use this alone you’ll still look like you’re wearing a clear lip glaze.

It’s currently the middle of Winter in UK so cold & flu is rife.
The combination of rain, snow, using public transport, going to public places for work, etc mean you often bring home every bug going round.
So antibacterial wipes are an essential if you’re constantly on the move around built up areas.
Wet ones remove 99% germs and are available in different packages/scents. They’re said to clean better than sanitizer.
Being as theyre single use they could’ve been priced under £1 per pack though.

Mavala Lipsticks are just as pigmented as their nail colours and provide a good colour pay off. There’s a range of shades of Mavala Lipstick from reds, shimmer pink and earthy nude tones.
At £13, the packaging & tube could’ve been made a bit less boring looking, but the formula of these does not disappoint, so once you look past the packaging they’re good lipsticks.
