The newest addition to the Girls With Attitude (GWA) palette collection is the beautifully white Aphrodite palette, which boasts marble detailling inside the lid and 18 highly pigmented shadows in matte, metallic and shimmer finishes.
Aphrodite’s shades are a mix of warm reds, smokey browns, pale oranges, plum shades and coppers which are encased in the most chic white leatherette with a rose-gold logo.

I like everything about MAC's cute little pots of single eyeshadows. The bottomless range of shades and finishes and how they fit beautifully in most handbags and make-up bags.
However, something's really bothering me about MAC, and for this, I am surprised at them. Since they started selling their products in China, MAC are Animal Testing. I'm an animal lover and have had dogs and cats, etc. all my life so the fact they test on animals really bothered me to the point I stopped buying MAC.
MAC are ethical in other ways. They encourage product packet recycling by offering free lipsticks to people who return 6 empty containers. The purchase of Viva Glam Lipstick helps HIV/AIDS charities; so the fact MAC have had to partake in the inhumane act of Animal Testing is disappointing. Please stop Animal Testing MAC; puppies and kittens do not need to wear make-up so why should they suffer for our choices...?

Fire is jam-packed full of warm tones like mustard colours and corals with some golds in there to create a fiery, sultry eye look.
Earth is the best one for you if you want a selection of neutral tones for a natural smoky eye look. Earth includes everything from an olive green tone to rustic autumnal shades and natural browns and coppers.
Metal is the ultimate collection of metallic. Lilacs, golds, olives, smoky silvers and pinky tones in the most glittery, sparkly form!
These eyeshadow collections would be ideal Christmas gift for trendy teens and twentysomethings who love NYX make-up.
If I was to pick a favourite, it would be Metal. Earth is the one I'd next like to try.

I just love the gradient blue to purple foil finish of these professional brushes and the extensive range - from foundation Perfecting to eye shading, to concealer buffing. GWA are one of the great leaders in insta-worthy make-up brushes and beauty accessories.
Their sets may be a little on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for!
