I use this morning and night, it has changed my skin so much I can't not use it! I love that it gently exfoliates dead skin and dirt off my skin. It really helps me clean my skin better than washing with my hands or a germ-filled cloth. They have different heads and I would recommend starting with the sensitive brush if you are new to the device or have irritated or open skin on your face. I usually use the deep pore brush, with is a little firmer and I really like it. -
