I tried the vanilla mix for the first time two weeks ago, and I can tell you it's amazing! I can't prepare a decent breakfast everyday because I always run out of time..With carnation breakfast essentials, I just have to put it in my mil and drink it and voila!
I also noticed that it keeps me full till noon. Also a great way to manage dietary amounts of iron and calcium!!
I ordered a pack of the other flavors bu vanilla is creamy and tasty too!

I love these wedges. I feel they are healthier than other brands's wedges, maybe less oily. I like to put them in the oven for almost 20 minutes and eat them with some salad or sour cream when I am out of ideas about what should I cook.
