I am in love with this hair oil. First, the packaging is beautiful. It comes in a really pretty glass bottle and the pump turns to open and close so there is little chance of an oil spill. Not only does it look like a high-end product but the oil actually smells and feels high quality as well. I have fine hair so I am very cautious when using hair treatment oils because I can easily look like I have wet/oily hair or the oil weighs down my hair and it hangs limp and stringy. I use three pumps on my long hair and have experienced nothing but shiny, healthy looking hair. I highly recommend this product as it is readily available in most stores and the price point can't be beat.

I am going to preface this by saying I am super picky in regards to the conditioner I use. I have used Dove products for years and always find them to work sufficiently. In regards to this particular conditioner, I find that is is just average. First thing I notice when I put it in my hand is that it has somewhat of a clear look to it. I hate that in a conditioner - I prefer it to look thick, rich and luxurious. I need to use 3-4 tbs of this product to coat my hair which is no different than any other conditioner I have used. I do find that it doesn't quite help my tangles slip free as easily as some other comparable products. It does have a very nice, light, fresh scent which is appealing. It also rinses very easily from my hair which is a definite bonus when I am in a rush. Overall, combined with the Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture Shampoo, my hair is left shiny and soft which is what I expect from this brand.

For a drugstore brand shampoo, Dove never disappoints. I found this particular one to be good but doesn't wow me in any particular way. The scent is appealing - not too strong but still leaves a clean fresh scent on my hair. I am not impressed with the lather. I really like a nice thick, rich lather and this shampoo does not offer that. It does clean my hair and leaves it looking shiny and perhaps tames the frizz a bit (I still need to add additional anti-frizz products). I do feel like it does offer some moisture which in turn leaves my hair feeling soft. Overall this is a good shampoo at drugstore brand pricing.

This product is a complete surprise for me. I use dry shampoo at least 2x/week so I have tried several different brands. I am brunette so I have learned to stick to the darker coloured formulas in hopes of avoiding the unsightly white residue that is often left behind. I have also learned to avoid lower priced products in lieu of the pricier products (after all, you get what you pay for right?). Well Dove has proven all of these things wrong for me and here is why:
1) This formula goes on clear leaving no white residue. Truly a product for all hair colours.
2) It is not "sticky" or "grainy" feeling like a lot of others. It feels smooth and silky on my hair yet is still volumizing.
3) It works! It sucks up all of the excess oil and makes my hair look clean. TIP: put it on before you go to bed if you know you won't be washing your hair the next day. Wake-up with nice clean hair.
4) Nice fresh scent to help mask the odour of second (or third) day hair.
5) The price point made me very happy. I have purchased three bottles of this for around $5 each (at London Drugs, but is easily found at Walmart and other drug stores) and find it works the same as a $30 bottle I was purchasing from Sephora.
6) A portion of each purchase goes to the Dove Self-Esteem Fund.

I am in love with this bar. The balance between fruit/nuts/chocolate is absolutely perfect and is a delight on my tastebuds. It is made with real fruit and the nuts maintain a crunch rather than getting soggy like in similar bars. The sweetness from the fruit combines perfectly with the dark chocolate so this bar is neither too sweet nor bitter. For 180 calories per bar I would gladly reach for this over a "chocolate" bar any day. The best part is my kids (age 15, 12) loved it too! If I haven't already made you want to run out and purchase this flavour of the Brookside Fruit & Nut Bar how about this - not only is it made with real fruit and other natural flavours but uses non-GMO ingredients, is a source of fibre (3g), and is gluten free. As someone who is always looking for healthier snack options for my family I was happy to try this bar. It is made with real fruit, non-GMO products, is a source of fibre, AND is gluten free. Unfortunately I really disliked this flavour as it very strongly reminded me of cough syrup. I could not eat more than two bites before I had to put it down. My husband agreed with me yet my two children (ages 15, 12) thought the flavour was fine. Perhaps because I have never given them cherry flavoured cough syrup before? I am always on the lookout for healthier yet delicious tasting snack foods for my family. This Brookside bar definitely was a winner in my books - and also that of my husband and children (ages 15, 12). I found this bar had the perfect combination of fruit (real fruit at that!), nuts, and just the right amount of dark chocolate. I usually shy away from dark chocolate because I don't care for the bitter taste, however, in this bar it was balanced out with just the right amount of sweetness from the rest of the bar. The crunch from the nuts really made me feel like I was eating something substantial enough to tide my hunger over until my next meal too. Compared to all other similar types of bars on the market I found this one to be superior. I will definitely be purchasing these for my family to enjoy in the future and highly recommend this particular flavour as well. These bars are also gluten free so a nice snack to have on hand for any visitors who may be gluten intolerant. I have been using dry shampoo about twice a week for the last several years. I have tried many different brands across many different price points. Batiste Dry Shampoo is by far the most effective and just happens to also be among the least expensive. I find that it does a great job of absorbing oil and leaves my hair with a ton of volume and a fresh clean scent (and it comes in many scents). It even comes in a dark spray for those of us with Brunette hair. -

I suffer from mild rosacea and could never find a product that would eliminate the redness in my cheeks. I tried many different ($$$) products and tried layering different liquids and powders together and was still unsuccessful. Then last year I purchased the Hard Candy 12 days of Beauty calendar and it contained a sample of Glamoflauge. I can not believe how well it works. A very, very small amount will effectively cover the redness in my cheeks, my dark undereye circles, and any other skin imperfections I may have. It applies easily and evenly and lasts all day long even without a makeup primer. In one year I have only gone through one tube - and it is super cheap and found at Walmart. -
