I love my Fitbit charge! It keeps track of my daily steps and calories I've burnt. You can set a daily goal of the amount of steps or calories you want to burn and once you make your goal it vibrates and this encourages you to keep on track. The silent alarm is useful with little daily reminders for yourself or to wake up without disturbing anyone else. Also you can set a stopwatch by holding down the side Button and turning it off by holding it again. -
