Overall the product goes on smooth and it smells and tastes great but....the container gets icky and dirty around the outside! It looks like germs like to live there. So, I've tried it but wont buy it again.

The brush is quite long so if you have small eyes it may be tricky to use. I find that it does go on really well and easily covers even my small little lashes but I don't really feel they have extra volume. I usually put on one coat, wait a min, then apply another. Then if I'm going out later in the day, I add another. I would buy it again though because as I said, it offers a good value! -

I love trying new products so I was excited to try this mascara. I have long lashes to begin with but they aren’t thick so I thought this product may help. First, the brush is super thick so it’s hard to get the inner corners of your eyes. Second, I found it was very clumpy. Third, because the brush is so thick it’s hard to get it on your lower lashes without getting it under your eyes. I wear contacts and didn’t have any issues with the extra fibres - so that’s good. Anyway, I’m not impressed with it at all. Not the best drugstore mascara that’s for sure. I think I’ll go back to my regular cover girl mascara! -

I’m definitely a drug store mascara type of girl. I saw this new Covergirl Flourish by Lashblast and wanted to try it. The container shape is like the rest of the Lastblast line. Colour options are the same as well. The wand is a rubbery type material also like lash blast but the shape is a bit different (see pic). The brush goes from small to large. I like this brush because it’s not super thick like some of their other wants. I have small eyes so this is perfect to reach all my lashes. The actual mascara is not super thick so I find if I want a defined lash I have to put on a few coats.
All in all I like this mascara. It’s my favourite out of the entire Lashblast line. I would definitely buy it again.

This is the second China glaze polish I have purchased. This new one I got (called “it’s a match”) because I wanted a pink that was more like a nude. I’m happy with the colour. I found it did go on smooth but because it’s a light colour i had to go over my nails a few times between letting the coats fully dry. I put a gel coat (the non baking kind) on top as I usually do so I’m curious to see how long it lasts. The brush size is perfect though, that I do love. Overall I’m happy so far... -

I feel like I have to leave my arms up to let it dry first lol. The smell is nice and light though so that’s a bonus. Did it last through a gym workout though? NO. I’m a fitness competitor so I am in the gym 2x per day. I don’t want to worry about stinkin up the place! lol I’ll finish this container but after that I’m going to try something else 😊 -

I absolutely fell in love with this wine the first time I had it at a friend's cottage. It's perfect on it's own or with a meal (especially red meat). My boyfriend is just getting into red wines but he actually really likes this one, he says it's got a lot of flavor but doesn't linger like other red wines (like a malbec as an example). The price point is acceptable for the quality. If the price went up I would still buy it but it would be considered a treat. It's definitely a good "gifting" wine or a wine to bring as a hostess gift. The look of the label speaks "higher quality" wine to me and is memorable on it's own. I rarely have people asking me "what the name was again" as they can remember the label - good selling feature for the company. Anyway, it's my go-to red year round. Try it out if you haven't yet! It's worth it. -

This past year I have been the type of girl who planned all of her meals ahead and meal prepped for the ENTIRE week. So the crockpot was my go-to kitchen item. I'd make everything from chili to chicken, using it 2-3x per week. My crockpot was starting to lose the coating on the lining piece so I knew I had to either buy a new one, or splurge on an Instant Pot. I decided on the IP since all my friends have been RAVING about it. The first day I got it, I cooked rice, steamed green beans, and cooked 6 chicken breasts. It was SO EASY, and cleanup was done in 5 minutes - not even kidding. My boyfriend was even impressed. All the food was cooked perfectly, not even the chicken was dried out. Since then, I've also cooked sausages (which I usually cook in a pan) and a pot roast, both of which were also fantastic.
The pot is easy to use, cleans easily and is super versatile. I also really like that you can pre-set a timer, which is what I often did with my crockpot (a delayed start). I also appreciate how you use MUCH less energy than a crockpot because everything cooks so quickly! no more 10hr crockpot recipes. I'm sure it will impact my hydro bill in a good way!
If you don't have one yet, get one! There are a lot of recipes and youtube videos out there to help you so there's no need to be scared of it!
