I purchase the light variety of cool whip. When I want something sweet it tastes good on sugarfree jello. Have also been known to just eat a spoonful! It is reasonably priced, and is quite satisfying.

If you like cottage cheese these are delicious. They come in packs of four making them portable for snacks and lunches. Low in calories and fat. High in protein. Would definately buy again..have also tried salted caramel which is delicious.

My nails do look better after applying for 3 weeks but they are not any stronger. I do see a minimization of some of the ridges and they just look healthier, and feel better. I would recommend it to others, to improve your nails, but its definately not a miricle cure. I woukd buy this again just to keep them from not getting any worse. There are no harsh smells when applying, it kinda smells sweet. -
