I have tried it all within the downtown Toronto area and Fiorio at Yonge/St.Clair is by far the best. The colorist actually listen to you, the stylists actually care about you and the owners dont need your money that bad. I got a great color, great cut (Ask for Santos though they are all pretty good), and it was all for $105!! -

Somehow I stumbled upon Ms. Nina Tatari's private enterprise because her establishment leases the space underneath my condo complex (92 King/Church). Having recently moved to Toronto from the fabulous hair services, products and styling of Montreal, I thought "what can I lose with a trim and a touch-up?"
Well, apparently ALOT. Ms. Tatari fully bleached my hair, to the point where I could hear it cracking, she then blamed me for using cheap color before, barely cut my hair, gave me blonde highlights I never asked for (im a brunette), then put me under steam treatment to give me a "Color Corrective??"!!
At the end of it all, my hair turned to plastic (like the cheap weaves in Chinatown) and I got slapped with a bill for $198.00 excluding tip!
Beware of Nina Tatari!
