We are in the midst of the Hatchimal craze in our home so our girls were very excited to get this. I will preface that my kids are into very interactive toys at the moment. They love toys that move and make noise and can be on the go with them. For children who love the mystery and blind bags style toys, this had a aspect of that. In order the "hatch" the doll you push on a little heart. It only takes a small amount of pressure! The accessories are in a small mystery bag that you open to reveal. After that it is just a small toy to play with. If your child is very into interactive toys this is NOT the toy for them. -

We love Kinetic Sand, the ease of cleaning it up is a large plus when you have small children. With this set you get the combination of a zen garden with the joy of kinetic sand. The tools that come with the kit allow for you to make shapes and designs and just as easily destroy them. This works for calming anxiety and just easing nerves. You can pick up and sift the sand or you can squeeze or build and design.. This kit is a great tool for my sensory seeking child or someone who needs to calm their nerves. -

This pet comes wrapped in a cute package which shows how you "untwist" the legs and you can wear your pet just like a necklace. But once you unwrap this toy you see how easily it is for the pieces to be lost. The paws connect by a barrel style snap which means they are very easy to unsnap and for the paws to be lost. It would be nice if there was a safety cord that would still keep it together even if it became unsnapped.
On the front paws there is a TINY TINY rubber band that keeps the animal from being untwisted to the full length. If you find that your pet is not fully untwisted check for that tiny rubber band. The twisting reminds me very much of a balloon animal. You put the paws together and twist them and then push them up into the body. Your child will be really good at making balloon dogs after twisting this pet!
Beware that playing with it all twisted together is rather hard because the head does not have alot of stuffing to be held up straight. It is rather floppy which makes the play aspect frustrating for small kids when the animal is straightened out.
It is not a toy I would give to a small child. To easy to unsnap and lose the body parts and the unsupported head means it does not play well as a toy. For older kids to wear as a scarf would be a fun accessory to add to your outfit. A fashionista would love this item!

I love my Lenny Lamb carriers so much that I wore my first one to shreads. These are the softest carriers you will find. The material allows it to mold to the shape of your child and becomes softer the more you use it. The ability to adjust for all body shapes is a bonus. I would not trust any other carrier to carry my little ones. -

While I wanted to badly to like this doll, I just could not. Three times we have had this doll replaced because she would lock up and stop working. The latest was the gap under her chin and how she made a knocking sound whenever her head moved and her voice and movements just did not align correctly.
While this fourth doll has lasted longer we notice that she quickly uses batteries causing us to have a large amount of back up batteries ready for when the doll wears out. When she has fresh batteries she is a fun doll for the short time we have her working. She has a feel that mimics real baby which on occasion has startled people when seeing the doll being pushed in the shopping cart by my daughter. She really does have a very life like appearance and the added voice adds the the perception.
She is a fun doll who interacts with her accessories on occasion. You have to push the bottle into her mouth, it does not set in there tightly, but it is fun for my kids to hear her say "yummy" and make sounds like she is eating from the spoon. While she is a fun learning toy based on our history I just do not feel the value is there to justify the high price point.

This is by far the most creamy ice cream that I have found in a dairy-free option. There is no chalky after taste and the peanut butter taste is subtle without being overbearing. This ice cream will make you forget that you are eating a snack that is thick and creamy and made with almonds instead of milk and cream.

I am very particular about the products that I use on my babies skin and I was very excited to see wipes that were going to reduce the chemical and extra additives being put on my babies skin. What I became frustrated with is how dry the wipes would become even being sealed in the wrappers. It seemed that as soon as the seal has been taken off the wipes started to dry out quickly.
I do wish that they stayed wet longer because it is hard to wipe up a messy bottom with a dry wipe

I still consider my 4 year old a toddler who can give any toy its fair share of play and really see how a toy holds up. These did NOT hold up to a curious 4 year old. She did not understand the concept of waiting and instead "hatched" her egg early. Your child needs to understand patience for this toy.
The little hatchimal animals which came out of the egg were very low quality. One already has its wing broken coming right from the box and the wings pop off very easily. Again for a responsible gentle child.
For the older child who understands the concept of waiting and caring for a toy this would be exciting to see the process of hatching and knowing how to care for the animals but not small children. My child can not read the instructions for how to play and help the little animals grow.
