What I Say:
🍋The sample I received was the Sicilian Lemon + Ginger flavour. Unfortunately, they had completely melted by the time they arrived via mail and I had to scrape them from the packaging. However, they tasted amazing and it was difficult to only eat one!
🍋Although it’s advised to take these for at least 2 weeks before seeing any results, they do say that you’ll notice an immediate calming sensation. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that! (And I do suffer from anxiety!) But with a sample size of just 2 gummies, I can’t comment on the longer term effects.
The highlight for me - if you do decide to give these a try, they are a climate positive product. Their compostable refill system minimises waste and reduces CO2, whilst their low impact packaging is reusable, recyclable and made from non-plastic materials.

I highly recommend this for people who want a quick and convenient shave, and for younger girls who are new to shaving! (I actually used this product years ago when I first started shaving my legs.) You’re a lot less likely to cut yourself than with a standard razor, so it’s perfect for younger teens!

I made the whole box, planning to only eat half! But nope! I couldn’t do it! I ate the entire thing!!! It was soooooo cheesy and you can definitely tell it contains REAL cheese!

What I Say:
Just like my skin, my lips are often very dry and I have to constantly rely on lip balms. Nivea has always been my go-to for this and I’ve never been disappointed. Such a great product at such a great price. And with regular use, I never have to worry about dry, cracked lips. And this thing even has SPF15 in it! I carry it with me everywhere and couldn’t be happier with it! Awesome!

What I Say:
I have very dry skin that often feels uncomfortable and tight, with many lotions only providing me with very temporary relief. Not only does this Repair & Care lotion make my skin feel smoother, but the rich formula makes my skin feel better than ever. I’ll be sat by the pool and unable to stop touching my silky smooth legs. And the scent is spot-on! You know it’s a Nivea product straight away by the scent, and my boyfriend is always complimenting me on it too! I am genuinely thrilled by the results of this product! What a find!

Finally!!!! I’ve found some teas that I like, (that aren’t your standard black tea with milk)!
I’ve tasted and tested so many different teas recently, and I couldn’t find one that I genuinely enjoyed drinking! (This includes another tea from the Tazo range.) But finally I’ve found not one, but two, that my taste buds have said yes to!
1️⃣ Matcha Mate Grapefruit - an invigorating green tea blended with yerba mate, matcha and a burst of refreshing grapefruit!
2️⃣ Turmeric Bliss - a radiant herbal blend of aromatic golden turmeric with sweet passionfruit!
I was excited to try these as two of my favourite flavours are matcha and turmeric. But I was amazed to find that it was the fruit flavours (grapefruit & passionfruit) that hit the palette the strongest. And what a beautiful combination!

After receiving a set of pens for Christmas as a gift, I was gutted when I went to use them and a few of them didn't work. My partner had purchased them from Michaels, but what with all the stores then closed due to Covid, we had no way of returning them and he hadn't kept the receipt. I emailed customer service to explain and gave details of approximately when the transaction was made and when, and they actually managed to find it and agreed to send me a gift card. It has taken 6 months or so to actually receive the card, but I'm grateful that I wasn't just forgotten about!
Now to find out how much is on the card! It didn't come with that information!

I was incredibly skeptical when I first received a sample of Schmidt’s Charcoal & Magnesium Deodorant!
I have used antiperspirant for as long as I can remember, so to switch to a regular deodorant was a daunting process. (For anyone who isn’t sure of the difference, an antiperspirant blocks sweat, whereas a deodorant simply protects against the odour of sweat.)
Surely it would feel awful to have wetness under your arms?!?
The first thing I noticed when opening this deodorant was the scent. If you’ve ever drank magnesium supplements you’ll notice the similarity. It was a pleasant smell and not too overpowering.
Secondly, I noticed the firmness. This is a lot firmer than a standard antiperspirant stick and you do have to hold it on your skin for a moment to allow the coconut oil to begin to melt.
How did it work?!?
I was genuinely shocked at how well this product did work! It turns out you don’t always sweat as much as you think and it did an awesome job of hiding any odour! It lost that magnesium smell once applied and simply left no scent at all!
So am I a convert?
It turns out that I’m pretty happy using this kind of product for my general days, but I’ll still be keeping hold of my antiperspirant as well. I happily used this product for a couple of weeks, but upon having to go to an important meeting that was causing me stress, I just couldn’t cope with the wetness under my arms and I had to add some antiperspirant. Stress sweat has always been a thing for me!
But it’s great knowing that I now have this option that I am happy with 95% of the time! This will allow me to at least use less of the aluminium salt formulas that make up our antiperspirants!

Don’t you just love it when a company decides to get all innovative?!?
I recently tried the TANITABS toothpaste tablets from Tanit! They’ve been trying to address the issue of the amount of plastic toothpaste tubes that are discarded into landfills each year. (It’s 1 billion tons by the way!) Their solution?!? To create solid toothpaste that can be stored in reusable glass jars or sent out in corn starch compostable bags.
I was already impressed!
How do you use them?!?
1. Take a single tablet and bite down.
2. Wet your toothbrush with water and brush against tablet pieces to create foam.
3. Brush around teeth and gums to cleanse the mouth and rinse out foam with water.
Ta-da!!!
And they’ve not just compressed a mint to create these! They’ve filled them with purposeful ingredients that do the job of a regular toothpaste.
• Nano-Hydroxyapatite - the main component of our teeth to repair, whiten and reduce sensitivity.
• Xylitol - reduces tooth decay and treats dry mouth.
• White Clay - whitens teeth and limits tartar.
• Tea Tree - for gum protection.
• Grapefruit Seed Extract - fights bad breath.
• Spearmint - for freshness. (This is the only thing I wish there was more of!)
Even if you’re not sure whether these would suit you, I urge everyone to at least try this kind of innovative product when they see it. Because we don’t need the whole world to change their habits to make a difference!
The tablet really does foam up enough to brush your teeth well! It's not over the top, just the right amount. My only concern was the lack of freshness after brushing my teeth! It was there, just not at the strength we are all used to. This wasn't a problem for me as I do use mouthwash afterwards. (It's a shame this was in a plastic bottle!) Sorry Tanit!
