My brother first purchased these for my kids a few years back. They loved them so much we needed more in order for them to build all that they wanted. Our 11(female), 8(male), and 3 y/o(male) can't get enough of them. They have glow-in-the-dark, free cell, and multi colors to create new and unique designs. It opens up the kids' creativity of what they can make. Just yesterday the neighbor kids were playing with them as well. They may seem overpriced at first, but you get your money out of them for how much they are used, time and time again.    -
