My grandsons and I used to love the Chunky Chips Ahoy but something has changed. About six months ago, we noticed that the cookies were burnt on the bottom. The taste was so bad that I had to throw the package of cookies away. I thought the burnt problem would be a one time situation but I've bought the cookies a few more times (including this week) and they are still burnt. Has Nabisco determined that people like burnt cookies? I tried calling their customer service but the representative put me on hold for 15 minutes and I had to hang up. We want the unburnt chunky chips ahoy to come back!! They were sooo very delicious!!    -
