I was lucky to try Canada Dry Premium Tonic Water as part of Chickadvisor Product Review Club. Firstly, I love drinking beverages in glass bottles, so that made my day. Secondly to the taste, I love gin and tonic and this tonic water helped elevate my gin and tonic, compared to the regular Canada Dry Tonic Water. The carbonation was on point and the cane sugar made my gin and tonic taste more premium. However with the higher price, I would only recommend to friends and family if price would not be a concern for them. I would buy again only as a treat for myself. -

I was lucky to try Joico K-Pak Hydrator Intense Treatment as part of Chickadvisor Product Review Club. I haven't used a hair treatment/mask in the past for my dry and damaged hair so I was eager to see if it had an impact. I used the treatment (which smelled good) a few times in a week (left it in my hair for a few minutes and rinsed off) and overall, I felt the treatment did make my hair softer, smoother and more shiny. I have been missing this step in my normal hair regimen. I would buy again and recommend this hair treatment to friends and family. -

I was lucky to try the Joico K-Pak Reconstructing Conditioner as part of Chickadvisor Product Review Club. After the shampoo, the conditioner made my damaged hair, including split ends, so soft, smooth and shiny. I didn't take to the shampoo as much since my current shampoo does the same job, but I really like the conditioner and am planning to incorporate it as part of my hair regimen. I would recommend the conditioner to friends and family. -

I was lucky to try the Joico K-Pak Reconstructing Shampoo as part of Chickadvisor Review Club. My hair is damaged and dry through regular use of the hairdryer to dry my hair and past experimentation with hair dye. The shampoo lathers well with only a small amount and smells great - adding to a luxury feel in the shower. Also, the shampoo did hydrate my damaged hair (including split ends!) after a few uses. However overall, my regular shampoo has provided similar results. Thus, I might recommend to friends and family if they are okay with the higher price point of this product. -

I was lucky to try ARM & HAMMER Essentials Whiten + Activated Charcoal Fluoride-Free Toothpaste for free as part of Chickadvisor Product Review Club. As with the other ARM & HAMMER Essentials Toothpaste, the toothpaste does get foamy when in use (due to the baking soda), but you will quickly get used to it. As a natural toothpaste, it doesn't have artificial sweeteners & dyes, preservatives and parabens. I really do like the clean mint flavor (my mouth feels fresh and clean) and in the end, this toothpaste does clean and whiten - for me, I saw the difference in whitening in 4 days. I would buy again and recommend to friends. -

I was lucky to be able to try ARM & HAMMER Essentials Whiten & Strengthen Fluoride Toothpaste for free as part of Chickadvisor Product Review Club. This would be my first time trying a 100% natural baking soda toothpaste and at first, the toothpaste felt foamy (which is unlike any toothpaste I have tried before). However, I quickly got use to this new foamy sensation. I like the fresh mint flavor, which makes my mouth feel so clean. Extra pluses, for the use of natural baking soda and there are no preservatives or parabens in the toothpaste. During a few days of use, my teeth does feel clean and unexpectedly looks slightly whiter - I'm looking forward to how whiter my teeth gets with longer use. I would recommend this toothpaste to friends and family. -

I was lucky to try Dial Pure Micellar Foaming Hand Wash in Hyacinth as part of Chickadvisor Product Review Club. Especially in this covid environment, I used the hand wash often and despite the number of uses, the hand wash still kept my hands soft and clean everytime. It didn't dry my hands out. The scent smelled good, however, I did find it slightly too strong. Overall, I do like this foaming hand wash as it does the job and I would recommend. -

I was lucky to try the Got2b Powder'ful Volumizing Styling Powder as part of Chickadvisor Product Review Club. It was my first time using a volumizing powder and I was excited. After rubbing the powder in my hands, I massaged into my roots. Then I lifted my hair with my fingers. I have thick hair so I had to use more of the volumizing powder and I was amazed with the volume I got with my hair. The only downside is that it doesn't make your hair feel that great - a bit too sticky. I would recommend to family and friends if they are okay with some stickiness. -

I was lucky to try the Got2b Flex Insta Hold Hairspray as part of Chickadvisor Product Review Club. I have thick short hair and this hair spray dried very fast and did a good job in keeping my soft waves together. It felt natural (could brush my hands across my hair) without the stickness and any residue. Note that this hairspray is not meant to provide a strong hold so it wouldn't work if you have longer hair or wanted to do a more complex hairstyle. Overall, I think it did well for a light hold hairspray. I would recommend for that purpose. -

I was lucky to try Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel Sunscreen as part of Chickadvisor Product Review Club. It is hard to find a moisturizing lotion that has higher SPF than SPF15. So I was excited to use this sunscreen to hydrate my dry skin and yet protect me from the sun - both UVA and UVB protection. I normally use hyaluronic acid to moisturize my skin in the winter time - so I know how well this acid works. My impressions of the sunscreen is that it feels more like a moisturizer with SPF than just a sunscreen. It is a light lotion that absorbs quickly without making my skin greasy. My makeup surprisingly stayed on well and didn't shift after applying over the suncreen. I love this suncreen and would buy again and recommend to friends and family. -
