I tried to use more product to get my desired result is it mentioned on the bottle but I wasn’t happy with it. Overall, I’ll use it again but think I’d be more disappointed if I’d paid for it 😬 -

Her weight fluctuates greatly over the course of the workouts due to pregnancy’s and her program is relatable to those of us who struggle through workouts and her results are amazing every time. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle and my energy has SOARED! ive done three of her 90 programs and am still excited when I see her start a new one! Highly recommend!! -
