Despite a couple missteps on our part (make sure your water measurement is precise!), the final result was very tasty, especially the sauce, hence the headline "Dough For Dummies." The one caveat is that the two pizzas we made turned out quite differently because one was cooked on a pizza stone and the other on a pan (I would recommend the former if you want a crispy, textured crust.) -
