I have very dry skin in the winter and I tried a lot of different cream, this one is the one that works the best, a little more expensive but wow what a result. My skin feel smoother and moisturised, two thumbs up.

These shakes are great and with 30g of protein, 6g carbs and 3g of fat, it makes for a a quick morning snack. I am always hungry mid morning and this really fill my appetite. They taste yummy, which I love. . Would definitely recommend these... +
