It’s been nearly 2 years since I joined ILKB and I have been excited and challenged the whole way. It’s with the utmost professionalism that I am greeted to the facility (which is well kept by the way) and with constant smiles and enthusiasm from each and every instructor on the ILKB team. I know I am not the easiest participant to please being a certified Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer but despite that, I get a great workout each time and would recommend that you consider this fun and exhilarating facility as a starting point, or addition to your existing routine. I Love Kickboxing at Vaughn ILKB!!!!    -
