I LOVED these cookies! Usually coconut flavored things are hit-or-miss for me, but these cookies definitely hit the mark! They're not super soft, but they're not too hard and crunchy either, perfect texture! And the coconut is a light but distinct flavor, and tastes very natural. I couldn't stop eating these darn things! Even if you're not a huge fan of coconut, definitely give these a try. They're very light and not artificial-tasting at all!

While the quality of ingredients and the price for these cookies are great, I wasn't sold on the taste. I received these free to test from Chick Advisor; I was most excited to get this flavor because I love oatmeal cookies, and what could be better than putting chocolate chips in them? However, I was disappointed. To me, the cookies taste very dry (drier than most oatmeal cookies), too hard and crunchy, and the oatmeal is a bit bland. The chocolate is good, but in my opinion there's not enough in it to save the flavor. Overall not bad cookies, just not my favorite. -

However, they're great for a light snack with coffee or breakfast, and the price is really great for the amount that you get. -
