Udderly Smooth - Body Cream
I love applying it before I put on my foundation in the morning, it helps keep my face moisturized all day with of course the nice smell of freshly picked Lilacs straight from our trees in the backyard. It's great for dry faces, knees, elbows and all those rough places. I tend to get tiny cracks on my hands from washing dishes, having sensitive skin and over-washing my hands (not a big fan of germs). And best of all, it's non-greasy.
You can apply Udderly smooth several times daily to rough, dry, cracked skin to help moisturize and soften your whole body.This stuff really works people :) We are new fans of this great line of products.
Udderly Smooth was originally developed to use on Dairy Cows but now is used by folks from all over the world. Also did you know that these products contain NO milk or bovine ingredients! How cool is that?!

I received this product to try and I am very impressed with it. I like to apply it at night before putting on a fresh pair of socks. When I wake up the next morning my feet are usually silky soft and they really feel hydrated. With the hubby being a diabetic, we find this works well on his feet and he too enjoys using it (it doesn't state wether its suitable or them or not so please use at your own risk)
You really don't need much cream for awesome results and best of all it absorbs well and its non-greasy. I really enjoy the smell, it's just like I would have freshly picked some Lilacs from our trees.
For convenience I would have added a pump that could handle the thickness of the cream without causing it to clog up.
It's so gentle that even my son who has skin irritation can use it without reacting to it. It truly is a winner in our home and we plan on purchasing more of it once we run out.

Cold Season is here and it's not often that my son gets sick but when he does he usually catches it from his cousins who happen to go to school. If you've got kids in school I'm sure you've noticed how much more colds/strains go around once school is back in? It makes me sad to see a child sick or in pain and it makes me feel even worse when you feel like there's nothing you can do :(
The lovely folks at Thermal Aid have created the cutest little hot/cold packs ever, that are great for sprains/strains and muscle soreness as well as Colic, ear aches, migraines, insomnia, sunburn, fever and flu symptoms and are an excellent source of comfort as well :) They are known as Thermal Aid Zoo!
These adorable pals are available as different animals: Baxter the bunny, Happy the hippo, Jo-Jo the monkey, Tiny the elephant, Ollie the koala and bears named Honey, Tumble, Hunter, Buckley and Bella :) These cute animal packs can be cooled in the freezer for 5 hours or heated in the microwave for 45-60 seconds depending on what you're using it for. The animals are made using natural cotton as well as a specially engineered corn for the heating/cooling component so unfortunately those with a corn allergy should avoid this product!
Whether your child is in pain, discomfort or just looking for some bedtime comfort this product is definitely worth the purchase and something I'm very grateful to have on hand for those times of discomfort and sickness :) When my baby is sick, Thermal Aid is what he asks for.

I've never really had much of a problem with the condition of my skin, even as a teenager. I do however wash my face, occasionally wear makeup and in the winter, apply moisturizer. I've tried many different facial brushes and cleansing systems and haven't kept up using them as they weren't doing what they should or left my skin feeling the same way it did before I washed it, not clean! I was thankfully given the opportunity to review a facial cleansing system that I'm excited to use every day and goes by the name of BellaPulse.

Thermal-aid headache system is clinically proven to relieve tension & migraine headaches, which is something that I get often (well i call them "stress-headaches"), no fun at all. Each system contains Headache Cream, an eye pack (kind of like the one you use when your sleeping) and instructions on how to use it all. This is a natural alternative to taking medication and it really does work.
You should leave it in the freezer for at least 6 hours. I like to keep mine in there all the time, just in case I feel a headache coming on it will be ready to go. Simply put a little cream on each of your temples & forehead and you will feel it starting to work in under 10 minutes. I absolutely love the "All-Natural" aspect of it all. It's made with Corn so just be careful of any allergies,! And best of all, it's just like having that spa treatment in your own home, for A LOT cheaper hehe.
The Thermal-Aid headache relief system has really helped me out when I had a headache/migraine. It's a miracle worker.
I would definitely suggest this product to everyone I know, simply because I know it does work! Please talk to your doctor about this product first, before just stopping any of your medication for headaches, etc.

Good for daycare because it gets kids involved makes them interact with the song, clap your hands, stomp your feet, i ofen found myself humming these songs long after the cd was over.
I would recommend this product to anyone around kids or simply for your own listening pleasure.

Cleaning.... It's one of those things that no one really want to do but it has to be done! Thanks to Clean Ones "Pure Comfort Gloves" I no longer have to worry about the way my hands smell after using bleach and other cleaners, that leave behind a nasty smell. I also don't have to worry about touching anything like the toilet bowl or having water and cleaner splash up onto my arms. These gloves are Latex Free, 100% Phthalate Free & BPA Free and Dermatologist recommended antimicrobial protection to keep the inside from smelling. They're great for cleaning, washing dishes, cleaning the cat litter, gardening and many other tasks that involve getting your hands dirty.
Another great glove that Clean Ones makes is the "Active Grip Multipurpose Gloves". These gloves are made with a nylon material with textured natural latex coating and are 100% BPA free. I really like how comfortable these are and how they have a breathable mesh so your hands don't sweat :) The no slip grip is a great help when it comes to gripping tools, after all no one wants to accidentally throw a hammer through a window!
I've been using both pairs of gloves for a month or more and am surprised that they're still in one piece, as most gloves I use to clean tend to tear easily. We're very impressed with the products from Clean Ones and hope you'll be just as impressed as we are :)

I love getting out for a nice walk on a crisp, sunny winter day! I need a pair of boots that could handle these harsh Canadian winters, so I was pretty excited to try out a pair from Skechers. I chose the WOMEN'S SYNERGY - FRICTION boot. I love that it comes up to my shins and you can lace them up all the way so no snow or cold can get in.
Now other Canadians might know what I'm talking about when I say " I used to be the type that would add a grocery bag to each of my feet to make sure they were kept insulated, warm and dry. Now with these boots from Skechers I no longer have to bag my feet, yay! These Synergy Friction boots are very easy to walk in, as we know that snow can sometimes suck to walk in. They are light weight, it barely feels like you have anything on your feet at all.
They have a big piece above the heel in the back of the boot, so you can easily slip your finger in to help you guide your foot into the boot. Very convenient. They also have good grips on the bottom, so you don't slip. You can buy these boots in black or Taupe. What I love about it is that they also include an extra pair of laces to match the secondary color of your boot.

I was lucky to have a try at the SnackBox this Month (October) and I am gonna say that I was very impressed. I was so excited when it showed up, I had no idea what was in it.
Well here is what we got!
Veggie-Go's Sweet Potato Pie Veggie Snack ($2.50)
Here's an Organic fruit snack made from a purée of sweet potatoes, apples, and spices. We enjoyed it, you can taste the sweet potato and spices the most in it but it was so good! Great snack to keep in your purse, especially if you are on the go :)

TCHO Chocolate in Fruity Dark Chocolate ($6.97)
What is there to say about this? Well I love fruit and I love Chocolate so I guess you could say I loved this chocolate bar. I wish it came in Milk Chocolate because that's my favorite kind but it was still delicious! And of course Dark Chocolate is healthier for you.

I really enjoyed this and would say it was my most favorite thing from the box. As I mentioned I love chocolate but to have double chocolate it is just so yummy..I love that it is plant-based nutrition. Dairy-Free, Organic, Gluten-free and contains no artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners.

Original Terra Chips ($2.50)
These are "exotic vegetable chips" made from sweet potato, taro, batata, yuca and parsnip and they come in a few different flavors. They are very colorful and make you happy eating them. Now I'm no big fan of sweet potatoes but these are actually good. I will definitely keep an eye out for them the next time I am shopping.I find that the middle 3 chips of this picture are crunchy compared to the other 2 on the ends!!!

RUNA Clean Energy Drink in Berry ($2.99)
We really are not "Energy Drink" drinkers but we gave this product a try anyway. Although this might be perfect for others, sadly it wasn't to our taste. It is however Vegan and has All Natural Ingredients. Each Can contains 121 mg of Caffeine and only 75 Calories. Something else I like about it, is that its Fair Trade :)
