I've gone through a few yoga mats, and of all the different options out there, I found that this mat has just enough stretch to be forgiving if you slip up, but enough resistance to keep you steady. The grip is also amazing. I found that once I started to sweat, my hands and feet would slide easily off or around other mats, but not on this one. Maybe it's the cushion support it offers, or maybe its the material.... either way, should something ever happen to this mat, you can believe I will happily buy it again! -

This PC brand yogurt is my go to at the grocery store. I often buy a few because my whole family eats it, loves it, and I use it in my smoothies every day! It's a great way to get those probiotics, and have a healthy snack at the same time :) -

I have a vanilla coconut foaming soap next to every sink in my house!! I love the clean feeling after I use any of the foaming soaps bath and body works offers!! Plus I will often stop to smell my hands in the middle of a task, because they smell HEAVENLY! I've tried a few other scents, and they are great, but there is something about the vanilla coconut that really calms me when I smell it.. they could be a little bigger, or a little cheaper, but I'm not complaining because you definitely get a quality product! (Remember that old saying "you get what you pay for"? It applies to this perfectly.) -

I absolutely love this product. I have naturally frizzy and wavy curly hair, and flyaways are my enemy!! This product has helped me for YEARS. My mom was a salon owner and actually used another brand in salon but would bring this home for me because it simply works better. I now have kids of my own and should my daughters find that they have been *blessed* with hair like mom, we will use it on them too! The smallest amount goes a long way. It could always be a little bigger(HEYO!), but I've got to say I've had the one in my bathroom for a couple of months now.. and I've still got some! It makes my hair so smooth and manageable!! -

This dove dry spray is LITERALLY the best thing out there for us thicker women. I cant wear shorts without it anymore. It works wonders on the inside of the thighs to prevent any unslightly chaffing in the warmer weather! Do you hate sweaty underboob? This stuff has you covered. A quick spritz will go a long way! Do you often have sweaty pits? This is a refreshing way to tone down the sweat there too. I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't have any glandular problems (people with these issues should seek advice from a medical professional, and try a prescription antiperspirant).
Long story short, if I could rate this 6/5 stars, I would in a heartbeat.
