I typically use it as spot treatment or on my T zone on my face. It's definitely meant for normal skin, if you have sensative skin, it will be too harsh for you! -

I bought this tooth paste to test it out since it's new and I'm glad I got it to try! It's a mild mint taste and it's not overbearing. The charcoal helps whiten your teeth along the way instead of using other alternatives!

The smell is so good and it's so thick and it makes my skin incredibly soft afterwards. I got my first bottle awhile ago and you don't use much so it lasts awhile! I'm hoping the local stores around me get the other scents so I can go buy those too! -
