I got the Vichy Liftactiv Retinol HA Night creme when I turned 29 because I thought it was time to start treating those dreaded wrinkles. This tube lasted me about a year and more - and the smart applicator only dispenses a bit at a time, which is really handy. I've read that it is better to have the creme in a similar pressurized container rather than in a tub so I really liked the packaging for those reasons.
As for the creme, the plus is that while I used it, it definitely felt like it kept the wrinkles on my forehead at bay. Once I ran out and stopped using it, the wrinkles on my forehead definitely became more pronounced, so I know that it worked!
The reason why I stopped using it wasn't because it wasn't effective but because I have oily skin and it really broke me out. I only used it every other day but even then, the pimples were an issue so I'm trying a lighter lotion, rather than a creme at this time. Plus I've been told by my pharmacist that at my age, I should be using retinaldehyde, which is gentler, rather than retinol.

I love how quickly it absorbs! It isn't a thick or viscous product, but thick doesn't always mean better! It is not a "soothing" eye cream per se, but it isn't necessarily marketed at being soothing for puffy eyes. It's supposed to firm and improve the lash-line. I have only been using for three-ish weeks, so it's too soon to tell about lash growth. Remember that it can take up to eight weeks for an eyelash to complete it's growth cycle...so it is important to be patient with any new product!
The pump is awesome- it provides exactly the right amount of product for both eyes. And there is nothing unhygienic about it because you're not dipping fingers into a jar! The size makes it easy for travel. I have definitely noticed my under-eye area is smoother.

I have been trying a lot of retinol products, lately. I am in my mid 30's and look young..but I do have some sun damage on my face! (light brown "sun" spots) I also occasionally get acne. I find this to be one of the better retinol products I have tried..now, they have all seemed to work for me, so far.. but this one is mid-price range, (some can be closer to $100+), it doesn't feel AS "greasy" as other retinol creams I have tried, and the scent! It is NOT offensive. I have tried some really awful smelling retinol creams, and this is not one of them. There is a light scent, at first..I find it to be tolerable..and it disappears shortly after application. Overall, I have found this to be one of the better retinol creams I have tried. So much so, that I wrote a review on this product. Apart from my fine lines fading, my comedones are also clearing up, my pores appear smaller, and my skin tone appears brighter & more even. If you are unsure about trying a retinol product (some people can be really sensitive to retinol), you can always tell the beauty advisor (I know that Shoppers Drug Mart beauty boutiques, and Sephora stores are really good at giving out samples) that you would like to try a sample of a retinol cream, before you buy..so that you can test your sensitivity to the product. Sephora will always give out samples, and unless they're "having a bad day" at shoppers drug mart, they will give you a sample. You can also try asking at beauty counters at the Bay, Sears, possibly Holt Renfrew (however, the location that *was* in my city was horrid!), etc. -

I have been using this for about two weeks as a last step (instead of powder) to set my makeup and so far it is pretty awesome. It is the third make up setting spray I have owned/used - the first being the one by Urban Decay and the other by Judith August. This product is very light in comparison. The other products left my face with almost a film that would oxidize/make my makeup look cakey but this one doesn't do that. You are supposed to use it by spraying it about 8 to 10" from your face in an "X" and give it like four to six sprays and I do that and find about five is best for me. I also apply concealer with a brush while it is still wet and then blend lightly with beauty blender and it looks very pretty airbrushed.
I am looking at my face after seven hours and it still looks pretty good and it feels like I am wearing nothing at all. Were I using powder I would have had to 'fix my face' by now but this gives my look staying power and has kept the colors from smearing/looking faded.
I will definitely buy this again.

You can always find TonyMoly products for good price (half of what they are sold for in stores) by searching certain websites. I only paid about $6 for this item, meanwhile it sells for $15 on a popular beauty product website, and in select stores. I have ordered #2 (clear beige)
At 34, with still quite oily skin, I've used a metric ton of powders out there. Drugstore, department and boutique brands. $5-who knows how stupidly overpriced. I just got this and it blows everything else I've used out of the water!!
My skin is very pale, so many companies don't make product that is light enough. Or if it's light enough it's too yellow or pink. It looked a bit too bright in the pact - maybe a bit peachy? - but when I patted it on my nose it blended in seamlessly. Moreover it made my skin tone appear pretty and lively WHILE covering the ruddiness I get around my nose and chin. I've never had a powder do that. And all without shimmer. :-)
My skin is also very oily, especially in the T-zone. So even though this pact is marketed for teen skin... it's perfect for me! It looks and feels soft and realistically matte. With the rest of my regimen, this also helps my pores be less noticeable. And moreover, this powder keeps the soft look for hours! I've never had a powder last so long. Ever. Even "long last" formulas, that would instead look like spackle, and would cake, seep into lines/pores and slide away.
It has a very nice light scent, that I like. If you are sensitive to scented powders, you might want to avoid this, as there is a light scent.

So I wasn't sure if this was going to be a lip gloss kinda thing or an actual lip stick / tint balm. Well it turned out to be the latter and I'm so relieved! This product was $5 which is 2-3x less than branded lip tint/stick/balm. But it's so much better and the colors are much better. Also the fragrance and cute design are a plus!!
I can carry this around in my pocket or purse and it lasts about 4 hours for me, mainly because of my lunch break and eating always takes some tint off. It does dry a bit but so have my other lip products. I just apply vaseline or lip balm at night when I sleep to take care of that.
Anyways it's like a solid bar of lip tint that's creamy and applies on very smoothly.
REVIEW OF COLORS:
Juicy orange isn't really orange, it's more of a reddish pink. I love it. I purchased peach, cherry, and neon red as well.
The cherry is a very soft red. I never used red lip colors because it felt too bold but this one was soft enough for me to try something new and I'm glad I did! Never knew red could actually suit me. I am totally buying these again when they run out.
Peach is a very light pink compared to the other shades of pink (juicy orange and neon red). It's not ultra light like Strawberry. It's a standard pink that I like to wear when I'm wearing a light dress or bright colors. Also on days that I wear little make up, to go along with the more natural/casual look.
The neon yellow turns out pink!
Neon red is my favorite out of all 4! :) For the longest time I've shopped around at American stores for the right shade of pink. Spent $10-$30 for each lipstick purchase when all I had to do was pay $5 for this one! It's not red even though it says "neon red". It's a deep pink, just like it's shown in the picture.

It's surprisingly moisturizing, and sometimes I'll reach for this when my lips feel dry over a lip balm. Feels nice on the lips, smells nice, pretty color-overall a really great lip balm! Oh, and the packaging is super cute! -

I decided to purchase this after reading several reviews/blogs that enjoyed the high quality of the mist itself, despite the really cute packaging. I will definitely agree with that assessment. While I find the bottle very cute, the mist is a lovely product. I use this under my bb cream or any kind of oil control primer to boost the moisture underneath and allow for a nice, smooth application. The spray is not as fine as some, so I would definitely hold it back from your face a little ways to avoid getting too much product...but the formula is lovely. To me, it's a little thicker on my face than some (like a very very light serum/essence) before I pat it in. The scent is nice and fruity with some floral undertones, but not overwhelming. It's a nice little seal of moisture to freshen up as well (just spray a couple ft. away from your face if doing it over makeup, otherwise it may be too wet up close). -
