So when I first received the sample box from Chickadvisor I was super excited to try Root Retoucher by Schwarzkopf. It claims to cover your roots instantly and washes out during your next shampoo. I squirted 5 or 6 times and it did nothing and I thought it was ineffective. However, I gave it another try but this time kept an even and repetitive spray going. In an instant my roots turned bright Blonde. There is no smell and dries within seconds. I think with more practice I can really blend this blond tint with my actual hair colour. It's terrific in between dye jobs and when you just don't have the time. Also, this product can add great highlights to your entire head of hair. I tried the chocolate version yesterday and had hope that Vanilla would taste much better. I was wrong. I took 3 gulps and could not handle the texture or flavour of this drink. Maybe some people don't mind the artificial taste, but I had to throw it away. It does make you feel full for a few hours...so if that is more important then I guess you can swallow this stuff. This is the first protein shake I have ever tried and it did not impress me. Firstly, it does not have a thick texture of a milkshake. The chocolate flavour has a strange metallic after taste and I could not drink more than half the bottle. I did feel full for a few hours so that aspect does work. I was expecting something completely different. Maybe this works for people that like skim milk. I'm usually disappointed with jarred salsa, but the added mango in this adds a certain sweetness that makes everything taste delicious. Mix it into cream cheese for a terrific spread.

I just got a free box of this cereal and I was very pleasantly impressed with the taste. I love the almond and raspberry combination. Try it with cream.....it is to die for. Super crunchy and not too sweet.

Daily Defense Keratin shampoo 32 ounces.
I got this shampoo for 99 cents at Super C. It's a large sized bottle and has a lovely light scent. Hair feels nice and smooth every time. Conditioner is just as good.

Puritan Meatballs and Gravy
Mom used to heat up a can of these meatballs and fry up some homemade fries and pour the gravy all over the potatoes. They are not fancy, but the flavour remains the same. Good for lunch too. Nostalgic food.

Nissan Hot and Spicy Noodle Bowl
These hot and spicy noodle bowls are great when you are short on time. I like frying up some shrimp or beef strips and add them to these noodles...voila instant Asian meal. They are cheap and wonderful when you just want a small meal.

Pringles Mystery Flavour Chips
These Pringles are only around for a limited time and they are hard to distinguish. I'm thinking mac and cheese or Chinese stir fry. It really is hard to tell. They taste good anyways.
