The owners host cooking demos. I recently attended one for a vegan lasagne. They provided their recipie along with modifications should soy is something you don't eat, etc.
Their breaded avocado with dip is amazing.
Even if you are not vegan, I say you should give it a try.
Great local business.

I love Clinic products. The eye serum is a favourite of mine. It absorbes quickly and without being sticky. Highly recommend and will buy again. My place to buy is Shoppers Drug Mart so I can get the points to tgen purchase more products.
