Within 30 minutes I felt relieve and could go on with my day without pain. I recommend anyone who is looking for menstrual pains to purchase this product.

I am one to be picky over coffee flavour and taste. This one I actually enjoyed and it is very smooth. Doesn't have a strong coffee smell either. I find it similar to McDonalds coffee brand.
