Was able to try these patches and seen slight results. Would need more time to really test the effectiveness but overall I would buy again to use for spot treatment.

The product itself is quality and if you are into whole wheats and grains this would be for you .. however we aren't into it so the taste and feel of the pasta just feels off if you aren't used to it ..
