So I used the tape on the cuff of a causal blazer where both cuffs had come undone. It worked great! It kept the cuffs down and smooth without me having to breakout the needle and thread. -

I have to admit that I am not a fan of cottage cheese. The range of flavours out there have not enticed me to try it either. Until yesterday at the ElevateLoungeTO when I tried the Gay Lea Nordica Smooth Cottage Cheese in Salted Caramel. Yum! The consistency was nothing like I was anticipated and the flavour was delish! Just the right amount of sweetness. With 10g of protein, it may just become my afternoon treat before my daily workout. -
