Nice and sharp little paring/steak knives. Great color matched blade sheaths. My only complaint is that if you leave them wet overnight, you'll find they aren't "stainless", as a little bit of rust will be on the blade near the handles. Great...   +

Nice and sharp little paring/steak knives. Great color matched blade sheaths. My only complaint is that if you leave them wet overnight, you'll find they aren't "stainless", as a little bit of rust will be on the blade near the handles. Great little knife for the price. Hold their edges quite well, and inexpensive enough to replace if lost or damaged.    -
