I just read your review of softlips--I was in the testing panel too. I read that you're still looking for your holy grail lip balm. In the winter I use either BITE agave lip treatment--or laniosh lanolin nipple cream (I know, but it works) which are both really great for super chapped lips that won't get better. Don't know if you've tried either, but hope this helps!
