When I went to my first Aradia class a year ago I had no idea what to expect. I was actually pretty nervous but as soon as I walked into the door any hesitation I had disappeared. The instructors were there to greet everyone who walked in the door...   +

When I went to my first Aradia class a year ago I had no idea what to expect. I was actually pretty nervous but as soon as I walked into the door any hesitation I had disappeared. The instructors were there to greet everyone who walked in the door. The classes are fun and the structure is amazing! Im always learning something new!! The instructors are professional and I really like the fact that they are all certified. Im amazed at the changes in my body and Im stronger than I ever thought possible! If you havent tried it yet.....just do it!!!    -
