While I really enjoyed catelli ancient grain rotini. My family did not. The found the texture off. I made a light pasta salad with egg and parmigiana. I however loved the pasta. I felt the taste want compromised when it was made healthier. Will I buy this again? Yes.... but I will most likely use it in soups to help mask the off taste my family found it had! -

Today I made the catelli smart veggie pasta. I prepared it in a light tomato sauce accompanied with my homemade meatballs on the side. The pasta held up very well in the sauce. It tasted delicious and my kids didn't notice the extra added veggies in the noodles ( they still don't think it had added veggies) I would definitely purchase this product in the future. It will be added to my monthly staples instead of regular spaghetti noodles!! -
