I am a huge Pho fan! It's cheap, delicious, healthy and extremely filling!
I know there is talk hype about "Golden Turtle" being the best pho in Toronto, and while it is good, it doesnt even compare to Hanoi 3.
Hanoi 3 offers a twist on all the regular menu items. My favourite is the Pho with Grouper and Dill.....DELICIOUS! But really everything is good! Oh and the service is exceptional!

Bloor is full of sushi options with new ones popping up on a weekly basis, but none of them compare to Big Sushi.
5 reasons Big Sushi is the best sushi on bloor.
1) Not too big and not too small.
Some sushi restaurants on Bloor make huge rolls with WAAAY to much rice , its too filling, leaves you feeling bloated and takes away from the overall experience. Big Sushi (despite their name) makes the perfect sized roll!
2) Never a line up.
Why wait 20 minutes for sushi. The whole beauty is it is quick and easy. Waiting in line and making reservations just doesnt seem right.
3) The alaska roll
Cucumber, avocado, crab and salmon. DELICIOUS!
4) I heart booth seating.
In some sushi restaurants you are sitting on top of your neighbours. The spacious booths at Big Sushi are comfortable, spacious and give you the necessary space at a restaurant.
5) This is biased...but it is so close to my house and I really enjoy that fact!

I first heard about Pure Simple when the I saw the founder speak at a conference. Right away I was impressed with her knowledge and and commitment to skin care.
I decided to start slowly with Pure Simple and went in for an eyebrow wax. I know this might sound a little bit over the top but it was the most enjoyable eyebrow wax I have ever experienced. They basically gave me a mini facial! The eyebrow wax began with a facial massage which completely relaxed me. By the time they waxed my eyebrows I was so relaxed I didnt even feel it!
I can't wait to go back!
I would definitely recommend it to everyone I know!
*** Editor's Note ***
This gourmet version of the eyebrow wax isn't technically on the menu. Pure + Simple advised us that it's something the esthetician did in this case because she had some extra time. For an amazing facial massage, we recommend booking a facial to go with the wax.
