This is a nutritional supplemental shake. It comes in only one flavour - tastes like vanilla cake batter. I sold this line for a while and bought it to try it out. I love it so much that even though i don't sell it anymore, I still want it. It seriously has the best taste ever. A little on the sweet side but can be used in tons of recipes. Would definitely recommend. -

I bought the chocolate bag to go with my core de force workout program. The taste is alright... I prefer to mix it with something like peanut butter. I tried the vanilla and it was disgusting. I didn't lose weight on it but I wasn't trying to. I felt good after drinking it and it was easy to incorporate into other foods like protein bars. The cost is very high though which is why I won't be buying this product every month but as a treat once in a while. It's full of excellent nutrients. I only use 3/4 scoop because I find it is too much with full scoop. -

By far my favourite Greek yogurt. Stumbled upon it at Walmart one day and I will never go back to any other yogurt. You get pack of 8 for 5.50 which is cheaper than oikos. It's so creamy and natural ingredients. The honey is my absolute favourite with berries. It's so rich, perfect for dessert or treat. I eat one pretty much every day and have to stop myself from eating more. It's not super tangy like most yogurts. Definitely recommend this yogurt. -
