In my opinion, I prefer cream cleansers for effectiveness on makeup removal but this was a good oil. It works great on normal makeup and decent on waterproof. I have other oil cleansers that are not effective on waterproof mascara but claim to be and this product at least worked much better but not perfect. It left my skin feeling very nice and soft tho. -
