Hey, sorry to hear about you and your wife's poor experience at Le Chateau! I work there now and I couldn't imagine doing that to a customer! If you guys ever have a negative experience there like that again you should make a complaint to our toll free customer service number so the matter can be dealt with. I love seeing our customers leave happy and there's no reason anyone should have given you anything but a positive experience at our store !! :)
