After shopping at Le Chateau for years, my wife and I had a horrendous experience dealing with an employee when returning a pair of pants. My wife had discovered a split seam while putting on the pants for the first time so we returned to the store to request an exchange for an identical pair but she was accused of tearing the pants herself and made to feel very uncomfortable. We will likely never return to this store.    -
