I took this product for 30 days as noted on the bottle 3 times a day, because I wanted to provide a very clear review.
The tablets are dissolvable and have a nice light fruity taste that I did not mind. I did find for myself to aid in my digestive system and I found to have a little more gas than usual at first but it settled after a few days . But I found myself feeling less heavy and bloated. I found myself having to drink more fluids during this trial. If you are wanting to try this product ,I strongly suggest you read the label first and consult your doctor. If you are on medication, may have allergies or have ulcers consult first.    -
