This cup is great and works exactly how they say that it would. Usually you buy something that's advertised and it doesn't work like they claim, but that's not the case with this cup. You put hot coffee in your Yeti early in the morning and it will stay hot throughout the day. Or, you put a cold drink in your Yeti and it will stay cold throughout the day. I don't really know what I did without it but I do know that I won't be going back! It's definitely a bonus as well that they come in several colors and designs. You can even have your name put on them.    -
