I have a habit of using this toothpaste for awhile and not being able to switch (I tend to switch products a lot). It makes my mouth feel clean and minty. The cinnamon kind (which I believe is being discontinued) is my favorite. It's mild in flavor, but nice and cinnamon-y. This is what got me hooked on their mouthwash, too.    -
