Cracker Barrel Cheese was sold by Kraft. I tried to make mac&cheese;casserole. It literally turned into a ball of grease. Awfull, there are a number of new British cheeses that have hit the market lately which offer a solid aged flavour. They are not as cheap but at least they don't waste time and effort when cooking.    -
