We are honestly in love with this Knife! It is very sharp. It cut through the roast we were having last night with ease. We didn't need to put pressure on the knife it just glided through. I found the knife to be a comfortable weight and that it fit well within my hand. I did not feel I didn't have control at anytime. I am already wanting to add more to our knife collection.    -
