I bought this product because my boyfriend is lactose intolerant. I loved it more than he did. It truly tastes like dark chocolate. It is thick and it isn't sticky like other puddings - it glides off the spoon and is really silky. I would have never known it was a soy based product if I did a blind test. The only thing I wish is for this product to have a sugar free version, as they as fairly high in sugar content (15g). Next week I will try freezing them as a way to replace my ice cream cravings.
