I was initially confused as to how this differs or might be more cost effective than the larger tub of product that I have fallen in love with. Texture wise this is just slightly thicker but spreads just as smoothly and sticks to the skin just as well. Both products performs very similarly so I really didn't understand the difference in packaging with the exception of the applicator but after weeks of testing, I have figured it out.
If you're like me and have large areas that suffer from dry skin (i.e my legs) then it will be more cost effective to stick with the large tub. If you only have small patches or problem areas of dry cracked skin - this will be better for you than the tub. For example my feet are relatively fine overall, but right beneath my ankles has always been dry no matter what. Placing this on those areas really helped - even better than the larger tub of product.

Initially the texture's appearance worried me, like it might be too greasy - but it's not! It's thick like a balm but boy does that mean it stays put. I'm prone to scratching myself in the winter and summer when my skin gets the driest, but this really cut back on that. My skin looked and felt moisturized and I didn't have any new chapped or cut patches after just 2 days.
Applying it to my legs right after I shaved ensured that my legs looked their best for 1-2 days longer than my regular moisturizer and I kept looking in the mirror to appreciate them.
The one negative thing I will say is if you put this all over your body, even in places that aren't dry or cracked, you will be very aware of it on your skin which might bother some people. It's nice to be aware of it on the places you need it in a comforting way, but everywhere else can be a little distracting. So basically - don't overuse/use incorrectly!

I worked at Sephora for years and I've been a makeup addict for years, so I've tried hundreds of foundations. I can safely say this is the first foundation I have ever been able to truly rely on for EVERYTHING and it has never let me down AND it's from the drug store!? It lasts so long even on my T zone, I don't have to set it but I can and it still looks great, it doesn't oxidize, and it plays nice with every other item I wear on my face. I find buffing it into the skin with a brush and THEN using a sponge works best for me personally but my sister uses just a sponge and she loves it too.
It's a perfect neutral undertone too which there are NOT enough of in this world!

I still felt the need to use products in my hair when I got out of the shower. The scent was lovely and the formula didn't weigh my hair down, but I noticed it got less effective each time I used it. I have become very happy using it every other couple of washes but I'm still on the hunt for my holy grail conditioner. -
