Started taking Cran Max and boy has it helped. Super easy to swallow pills. Doesn’t have an after taste like some of the cranberry pills I have tried in the past. They work amazing so far. I get UTIs a few times a year and at the beginning I started getting a UTI and that’s when I started taking the Cran Max and after a few days my UTI went away and hasn’t come back. -

This product helps me a lot but I wish that the sticky part that sticks to your skin was more sticky so it wouldn’t come off because if you have to move it to a better place the sticky pretty much doesnts stick at all after that. I have Chronic pain and they seem to help sooth the pain at least a little bit to take the edge off. I would definitely recommend for someone that has a lot of pain in those areas. -
