G Bubble Bear in Orange Blossom came from a local health food store. This hidden gem creates so many bubbles that our 4 year old pretends she is in the "bubble swamp" during baths. Indeed it is a swamp of bubbles!!
Three cap fulls of Bubble Bear bubbles produce an enormous amount of bubbles. I was completely surprised at how long the bubbles last as well. We are talking about preschooler-in-a-two-hour-bath-and-not-having -o-add-more-bubbles-plus-having-to-give-the-tub-a-second-rinse long!!
The "G" is for Griffin Remedy, based in San Francisco, Ca. They claim to have crafted "the bubbliest of bubble baths". I agree 100 %! Think Mr. Bubble makes a great bubble bath? This has even Mr. Bubble beat! My little one still had an insane amount of bubbles after an hour. The ingredients are "vegan" and "not tested on animals", which is a lovely thing for a company to aim for. The bottle the bubbles are in is shaped like a bear, hence the name Bubble Bear. The first ingredient is "purified water" and not some chemical I can't pronounce. This product can not get any better. I recommend G Bubble Bear to parents for their children as well as to the young at heart.

This Orbi looks cute, but there is much more than a cute looking plastic box with a softly glowing blue "eye". Plug Orbi into your router and into an electric outlet and you just put WiFi in your home - all by yourself! The range on the system is pretty good; my husband set up a smart tv and Orbi in the shed which is easily 100 feet from our old brick house but there is no signal issues (and that's saying something because our cell phones will go fuzzy in some areas of the old brick house).
So the jist of how it works is: 2 transmitters and one receiver. One transmitter goes with your router, one somewhere else to help bounce the signal and the receiver goes with the device you want to ensure gets the signal (in our case a smart tv in the shed). Then you can also add other things onto the Orbi signal, so our tablets are on it as well.
I didn't help set it up, my husband did it all and did not have any problems like having to call our isp (Verizon) for help getting the router to work with it or anything. It seemed easy enough though, and it works how it was intended. I will add pics with this post but no of the receiver in the shed; that is hubby haven and I stay out of it. I can say that while working on projects in the shed he has been thrilled to be able watch videos on the internet that assist him throughout. Orbi has made it easily possible.

This is a beloved item in our house. Yes, a two in one potty seat is beloved. Why? Because if not for this product we would have multiple toddler potty seats to store in the corners of the bathrooms. You know the kind - potty seats that your toddler places on top of the big peoples seat so they don't fall in and have popular characters splashed across them so even while learning to go potty your child can have their favorite cartoon present. Say goodby to those potty seats! Say hello to a seat that will end multiple toddler potty seats if you have multiple toddler who refuse to use the same potty seat as their sibling.
This seat has a magnet that keeps the toddler seat held onto the lid and out of the way for the bigger people in the house. It is strong enough for holding the seat in place yet not too strong so small hands can pull the little seat down for use. The best part? The lid also has hydralics so it closes very slowly and the little ones won't get their hands smacked between the lid and seat when they put the lid down to flush the potty. Super smart idea! Bonus - made in the USA.

Himalayan salt lamps are pleaseant to behold and healthy to have. As the salt is heated it creates an air detoxing effect, pulling toxins to the salt. As this happens there is the effect of the salt drying and falling away, so you do need to sweep around your lamp every now and then but it is worth it. We have two now, I do believe there is an unseen air detox going on, no upper respiratory infections since plugging them in. One child, however, doesn't like the appearance saying it reminded them of fire, so be ready to convince small children of the need.
You can get the same effects by slicing an onion in half and letting it sit out on a shelf but despite the air purifying effect a half an onion on your shelf is just not aesthetically pleasing and will get you some weird looks.
