I really like regular apple cups, so was excited to try these - and are they ever good! I like how fresh they taste. I also really like that I can toss one in my purse, or, also, in a kids lunch, and it's just a nice, easy way to get healthy fruit into my diet. No prepping, no fuss, just toss in and there you go.
What I love most is that they're unsweetened! I've never really understood why some apple cups have added sugar, when the apples are - in my view - sweet enough as is. These just feel healthy - very fresh, love the peach mango flavour, and I like that it's sweet-tasting so that I can reach for one of these instead of a sugary treat when I want something sweet. Much healthier for kids, too! It's a nice addition to breakfast, I think, and I also think it's easier to get kids to eat these than to try to get them to eat whole fruit, so that's also nice.

I am a huge tea drinker, both black teas and herbal teas, so I was excited to try this! I very much loved the idea of it being whole-leaf tea, because I've read that the other types of tea - the bits and pieces - are not as tasty. Well, what I read was right. This was so much better than the kind I usually buy! It was stronger, which I like, but it was more than that - it just had a more complex tastes, with different notes and aspects, instead of only just a mint flavour.
#gotitfree I was pleased to have the chance to receive this from ChickAdisor to try, and would recommend it to anyone. I plan to purchase it in the future, and I'd also like to look into what other types of teas that TeaPigs has.

Very affordable. I very much liked these - they were very moist, which I find store-bought cupcakes are usually not (they're usually a bit too dry). I was also very pleased with the flavour - sweet, but not too sweet. They're like cupcakes for adults...not the overly-sugary or rainbow-coloured ones for kids. I really liked that side of them - the adult side. They would go wonderfully with a cup of afternoon tea. -

I'm very active at my job, so I'm always on the look-out for a product that really works. I bought this one because I've tried other Dove products (hair care) and loved them. And I loved this one, too. First, i really liked the scent - it smells like Baby Powder to me, which I think is a lovely smell. Second, it works! :-) And that's the main thing. As I said, I'm fairly active at work, yet this worked all day. I liked that I did not have to carry it with me in my purse, and reapply it. -

This is a wonderful powder!
First of all, I feel so much better using a powder that I know is good for my skin...it makes me feel happy to know I'm not using something that will just make my skin worse in the long run. Second, the powder has the perfect amount of coverage (in my view) - enough that you get a good amount, and cover up imperfections, but not so much that it looks too heavy. In fact, I don't think it even really looks like I'm wearing any powder (when I apply it over primer, with no liquid foundation). And yet it still really improve my skin - hides little imperfections, improves my skin tone, and makes the dark circles under my eyes way less noticable.
I was so pleased to have the chance to try this, as good--for--me makeup with natural ingredients is so important to me! Also, it changed my ideas about powders, as I tended more towards pressed powders in the past, thinking that loose powders would offer less coverage or be too messy, but this is totally not true of this - it's not messy at all (their mineral brush works like a dream), and the coverage is ideal.
It left my skin looking better, more even, and more healthy, and with more of a glow. I'm so pleased with it, and with this brand. I will make sure to mention it to friends and family. Oh, and I also liked how easy it was to pick out the right shade for me on their site - the colour was totally accurate, and suited my skintone exactly right.
To be honest, this looked a lot nicer than the powder I've been using....this one is more expensive, but totally and absolutely worth it. I applied this powder to half of my face, and my old powder to half, and the side I used this on looked so much better....I was surprised, as I didn't realize that my old powder was just sort of sitting there on the surface of my skin, whereas this blended right into my skin and made my skin look a LOT better, more even, and glowy.

I was so pleased to see how well this works, and what a difference it made! I didn't realize until now how a top-quality primer really drastically improves my makeup! It makes sense, if you think about it - when you have a smooth, matte surface in which to apply your makeup, it's going to look better.
And, to me, that's what it did - it seemed to even out my skin, and smooth it out, and get ride of oily/shiny areas so that I had a lovely starting point for the application of my foundation. My makeup looked a lot better, and, in my view, more professional.
I also liked how I could use it with liquid foundation/powder, or just with powder, for a natural look. It's winter now, but in the hot humid days of summer, I am so going to use this primer, with this loose powder over top - it creates the perfect amount of light coverage, and I think it'll be ideal for hot days with liquid foundation isn't something I want as it feels like it melts in the heat. :-)
I also loved that the scent of this was very light, and really nice. To me, it smelled very lightly of citrus (like lemon). This was so refreshing, because so many primers have a strong smell, and I prefer a lighter one like this.

I love this brush! It is so super-soft, yet it is still firm enough to pick up just the right amount of powder. It glides across my skin easily, which I like - no pulling or tugging, just glides effortlessly across my skin. The size is great, too - the handle is shorter than other brushes I've had, and this is perfect, as it allows me to hold the brush closer to my face, which I like - plus, it's a nice size for tossing in a purse or makeup bag.
I really like how it not only picks up just the right amount of powder, it also distributes it perfectly evenly....there's no places where there's too much or too little powder. I didn't realize until now how much better loose face powder looks when applied with a really fantastic brush!

I love the the individual little tubes of this! I means you can pop one in your purse, to take to work, or even in your suitecase, for traveling (never been in a hotel room that didn't have a kettle, which is all you need to make this).
It's sweet, and creamy (but not too sweet - has just the right balance), and it tastes much better than you'd think an instant-coffee beverage like this would taste. It's nice for mornings that I don't feel like making a whole pot of coffee, and I like the convenience.

Kobo Arc 7 ereader
The product itself is very nice, and worked very well, and I had no complaints about it. But shortly after I received it, the charging port stopped working - I'd plug it in, and it would not charge. I contacted Kobo about this, and they said, too... +

I contacted Kobo about this, and they said, too bad, try upgrading to a new Kobo. Um, that is very bad customer service. I'd had it for under a year, so it was still under warrenty, but they kept giving me the run-around (not getting back to me, not returning emails, not returning phone calls, endlessly passing the buck and telling me to call this department or that department, asking for a scan of my receipt that I'd already sent them, etc)....
...and they gave me the run around for so long that it became over a year since I'd owned it, and the second that happened, they said, well, it's not our problem anymore because it's out-of-warrenty.
Furthermore, I looked it up on Google, and saw that a huge number of people seem to have this exact problem, which leads me to think that it is a known defect. And if that's true, they should be replacing the defective items, not giving people the run-around until our Kobo's are out-of-warrenty.
I now have a totally dead Kobo. There's nothing wrong with it, but, of course, I can't charge it, so I can't use it. I did take it to Best Buy to see how much it would cost to fix it, and the price was so high that it wasn't worth it.
If it charged, it would be great. Nice, bright screen, super-light, worked wonderfully, and I really loved being able to read all my books on it. Sadly, in the future, I don't think I would buy another Kobo product, as I'd be afraid of having the same issue with the charging port. Instead, I will buy a tablet, and just put the Kobo app on it, so I can still read my Kobo books.

I spent some time researching brands, and this was the one I bought, and I was very pleased with it. The price is right, Jamison is a name I can trust, and the capsules are small and easy to take. Will continue to buy! -
