I use just a dime size amount in my med-long hair while it is still damp and this product calms frizzes and increases dry time two fold while not leaving hair greasy. I just started washing my hair every third day and it still looks amazing. I do not have damaged hair but rather very fine and most products weigh it down but not this one. I have been using it every time I wash my hair for 4 years and will never go back.    -
