Hemp seeds are so good. I add them to my diet for a clean source of protein. You can use them sprinkled on food or by the spoonful. I like the taste. It kind of reminds me of sunflower seed taste but fresh. My kids enjoy them also.

Smuckers Pure Strawberry Jam
We buy this every two weeks. My husband eats PB & smuckers strawberry jam every night. It's the ONLY jam we buy. It tastes great and has good sized strawberries in in. I recommend.

Dove White Beauty Bar
Thos dove soap is really good for sensitive skin. It's gentle and smells good. Not to strong of smell, just perfect. I'd recommend for the whole family but especially for sensitive skin. It's not very expensive and you can buy at most stores.

I even used this in my 20's because it smelled so good. I used it after my shower. Just spray on towel dried hair and brush. Made the brush go through better. It smells good enough to eat.

Ahhh good ol Apricot Scrub. Memories of high school. Haha. This scrub is a classic. It's cheap and exfoliates like a mo fo! Skin is baby soft after you use this. I'm sure a ton of girls have had this at least once in their life. Gets the job done... +

Lancôme Paris Juicy Tubes
I love juicy tubes but I find them to be very sticky and my hair gets stuck in it bad. Very pretty though with a good range of colours. I'd wear only if hair was up though. Worth the money just don't have your hair down.
