This product is amazing in general to use on your child however if your child happens to suffer from dry skin/eczema or skin concerns of those sorts then this product is for them. It even works on myself I have eczema patches that would become extremely painful and would bleed and this lotion would soothe and heal the painful eczema patches. The lotion is extremely thick and can be a nuisance to try and use the pump to get it out when the lotion is about to run out but it is all worth it. It's definitely worth a try. -
